The Whole Record, at Working Density

The rest of RE413 answers one question at a time for someone buying a house. This section is the same public record with the explaining stripped out: every town in one table, every column defined, and a CSV of exactly what you are looking at.

What Is Different Here

All 101 Towns
One Table
No pagination and no sampling. Every town in the region on one screen, sortable by any column, so you can see the whole distribution rather than a top ten.
Defined Jargon
Every Column
Elsewhere on this site the technical term is banned. Here it is used, and defined underneath the table it appears in, so there is no guessing what a column measures.
Take It With You
CSV and Citation
Every table has a download with the same columns and the same definitions, plus a formatted citation you can paste into a report.

How to Read These Tables

The order is yours. Tables arrive alphabetical and sort on any column you click, so the ranking you see is the one you asked for.

Every figure names its source and its date. You can trace any number back to the agency that published it and check it at the source, which is what makes it usable in a report you put your name on.

Treat it as a fast first pass. It will tell you where to look and what to expect across the whole region in seconds. The title search, the survey and the appraisal still do what they do.

Pick What You Do

16 categories. Each one opens on the question that trade actually asks, then the tables that answer it.
