What the Check Reads, Live
- The parcel record: assessed value with its fiscal year, use, year built, living area, lot, and the last recorded sale with its Registry reference. Never an owner's name, this site doesn't publish them.
- Flood zone at the point, and where a town's flood map is undigitised, it says unmapped, which is not the same as safe.
- Mapped wetlands (their 100-foot buffers bind beyond the mapped edge), protected open space, rare-species habitat, and certified vernal pools nearby.
- The town record beside it: dams, the cleanup registry, water systems, the busiest counted roads.
