Mortgage: standard 30-year amortisation at the national average rate, an illustration for a borrower with good credit, not a quote. Tax: your price × the town's residential rate, plus the community-preservation surcharge where adopted (before exemptions). Heating: a typical New England season at this week's New England price, your house sets the real number. No figure here is an offer, and no sponsor can change one.
