- Whether gas service is recorded for the municipality. Even a recorded provider does not guarantee a main in the street, a connection to the house or capacity for conversion.
- Winter Normal, °F
- 1991–2020 mean winter temperature at the weather station assigned to the town. Station location and elevation can differ from a property; this is a climate normal, not this winter's forecast.
